Don't Waste Your Time With This Metabolism Booster!

So, you wanna speed up your metabolism? Don't waste your time with this tactic---drinking cold water or cold drinks to speed up your metabolism! This tactic might speed up your metabolism a little but not enough to make a difference. You are better off using proven metabolism-booster techniques. Drink cold drinks because you enjoy them!

The best way to permanently speed up your metabolism and enhance your weight loss and fat loss is to combine high intensity interval cardio training (HIIT) with circuit weight training (including bodyweight exercises). The hard work you put in will be worth all your effort.
