Start Again Today Eating Right And Exercising

Here is a bonus for you just in case you didn't read my Friday post on Sports Fitness Hut Blog....you don't need BOSU balls, balance boards, disc, etc. to get fit and burn fat! Save your money! Read this post.

Now on to today's topic....the best thing about fitness is that you can start at any time.....you can't blame it on the economy because you don't need money to start...you don't need a health club membership....you just need you and a determined attitude.

But, you have to get started! Don't wait until January! What will be different in January? Just get started already....even if its just a brisk 30 minute walk. Here is a good tactic that I use all the time: exercise at the location where you are currently. Many days, I fit in 15-20 minutes of exercise while waiting for a client training session.

Take advantage of "DEAD TIME" during your day and exercise. Twenty minutes of exercise here and 20 minutes of exercise there works just fine....exercise while waiting for your kid to finish soccer practice (your kid is exercising, why shouldn't you too!).

And, start today eating healthy....try a bowl of oatmeal, an apple and some brewed green tea for breakfast. Its that simple!
