You've heard me say that burning fat is not rocket science but it is more than gym science....we all know how healthy "FRESH" fruits and veggies are for us....I have never heard of anyone getting fat by eating too many fresh fruits and veggies....

Another benefit of eating fresh fruits and/or veggies with every meal is that they help you control your calorie intake......fresh fruits and veggies help you to feel fuller (satiety) while eating fewer calories. Its that simple! Sometimes, changing your eating habits can be done one step at a time so you don't feel so overwhelmed. Try making this one change and you will see how well it works!
