The First Day Of The Rest of Your Fitness Year

Today is the first day of the rest of your health and fitness year! You did do your FITNESS REVIEW yesterday right? Now you're ready to re-energize your exercise battery and "get back on track" or "challenge yourself even more!"

I won't say "resolution." I would rather call it "determination." Afterall, we end up doing the things that we "really want to do!"

Remember, it has been proven that you will be more successful if you try to accomplish one major goal at a time rather than trying to accomplish two or more major goals at the same time. The first health and fitness goal should be to make the commitment to a fit lifestyle. Smaller fitness goals might be to burn body fat, increase lean muscle mass, improve bone density and improve heart health.

Why hasn't your exercise program worked in the past? If you do the same things you have always done, you will get the same results you have always gotten!
